“The first Ruskin Sideboard needed to be returned because parts were missing and the doors were sagging. The second Ruskin replacement was recently delivered and one of the four fridges isn't working. I would not waste my money on this unit.”

“Did the transaction about a month ago still has not shown up… Nobody has communicated to me on why it has not been delivered… Plus, it had free shipping and I was charged for shipping… Extremely disappointed .. hopefully I’ll get some answers after this review”

“Love this cabinet been looking for a long time for something like this. It is a beautiful peice in my home BUT customer service has been sub par to say the least. I have been on chat hold for over 20 minutes before I hung up. Called and was on hold for over 15 minutes, left a message and have NEVER gotten any return calls or follow up. Tempertures keep resetting to "12 C" would like to know why as it can affect the 100 + bottles I have stored already in the cabinet.”
