“I received the Barrel Hook Ring Game a week before Christmas. The box was poorly sealed (many edges and "joints" not taped. On opening, determined that the string, ring and adaptor for one side had fallen out of the box in transit. Contacted WE Customer Care. Rep was absolutely wonderful and asked me to send a pix so she could submit the claim to the vendor. Three days later, I received a replacement string, ring and adaptor - trouble is, the ring is a different size. Props to WE for trying to correct in a very timely manner. Two stars because the vendor shipped a poorly sealed box and then a different sized replacement ring.”

“Arrived without one string and hoop in a poorly sealed box. Called WE and the Rep was wonderful and took extra steps to get the replacement parts express shipped. Problem is, the replacement ring isn't the same size as the other ring. Obviously the vendor's fault, but it's now a conversation piece versus the intended Christmas Day game.”
