“I've had this wonderful corkscrew for about one month. It is a beautiful piece of functional art. It worked perfectly and effortlessly until it broke. The corkscrew would not remove the cork from the bottle....Very frustrating ! I contacted customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement. I have not had the chance to use the replacement yet, however, I hope it lasts longer than the last one. Fingers crossed”

“Bought two of these wine openers...one for home and another for our vacation home. One of them works easily to pull out the cork and the other one doesn't engage the cork on the first try. We have try repeatedly, until finally, the cork comes out.”

“It is exquisite and quite a conversation piece at gatherings. It does an excellent job both in opening and re-corking (IF there is anything left in the bottle). I would have given it five stars except that it is a bit hard for me to operate. I may just not have the height to get correct leverage on it when it is on my counter.”

“After having one of these for over thirty years it finally broke. I bought two more. One for my wife at home and one for in our clubhouse. They work effortlessly, get lots of attention and have never opened a bad tasting bottle of wine. We like the ability to recork a bottle as easily as opening a bottle. For whatever reason, we very seldom have need to recork bottles. I would absolutely recommend this product. We like both our counter top stand and our floor stand.”

“The corkscrew sits at an angle because of the metal bracket that connects to the stand. Not what I would expect for the money I paid for it. Not happy.”
