“I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED, with my purchase of the Legacy Corkscrew, even though I love its design & appearance. Why? Upon arrival, I found the corkscrew to be bent. I immediately contacted Customer Service and was informed that replacement cork screws are not available. Not for warranty Replacement and not fot direct purchase. I was forced to try to straighten the corkscrew myself. Not close to being acceptable, especially at the price I paid. SUMMARY -- I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of WE's products throughout the years. Too bad, it appears that the "bean counters" are in charge of Customer Service. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE WINE ENTHUSIAST AGAIN.”
