“This is a review of Wine Enthusiast and not the product. I made a mistake when placing this order and did not realize that this was just the stand and it did not include the corkscrew. My initial order qualified for free shipping. After realizing the mistake (when the gift recipient opened it on Christmas), I called to order the additional piece. I asked if they would consider offering the free shipping, since if I ordered it initially I would have gotten that, and they said they cannot do that. It was a very expensive $9.99 for them, because now not only did it generate this negative review but ensured that I will never order from them ever again. Just to keep their $9.99. Bad move on their part.”
