“This is non functional. it is basically an expensive decoration. I had it personalized so I can't return it. I had a much cheaper one in the past that adjusted to the height of the wine bottle to open. We tried to use this and there were a couple of major problems. You have to use one hand to hold the bottle up with the holder and pray the bottle doesn't drop and break, especially if it's an expensive bottle 2. The corkscrew broke the cork in half and left the remaining part in the bottle thus the bottle still was not open.”
