“Been using the Coravin Pivot for 2 months now. Firstly, its great! I feel badly the other reviewer didn't know how to use it. It's actually very simple: 1. You open the bottle like you would normally and put their rubber stopper in 2. Now you insert the Pivot into the rubber stopper 3. Turn the bottle upside down, and press on the button on the Pivot and the wine pours out. How the Pivot differs from the Coravin original: 1. With the Pivot you open the bottle completely, the Coravin Original you insert the needle through the cork. 2. With the Pivot the wine pours out faster, The Coravin Original pours slowly as the needle is much thinner to extract the wine. 3. They say the Pivot preserves the wine for 1 month, The Coravin Original preserves the wine for years.”

“The aerator does not stay on when pouring wine and in fact winds up in the glass with the wine. Also when I called about the issue last week I was assured that I would get a return call; so far no return call”
