“Great look, but I'm finding its not always functional. I was using it the other night with friends, and randomly it started to pour wine onto my counter. I was a nit embarrassed not to mention the wasted wine I had to clean up. The batteries appear to present a challenge as well. I'm not finding it hold the charge as described.”

“I normally don’t like to leave a bad review for a good product but issues with seller, it since it’s Wine Enthusiast brand I’m making the exception. The product arrived without the power cable or wall adaptor. For a month I’ve been unable to get in touch with Wine Enthusiast about this issue, no electronic response to support tickets and every time I call I get the “office are closed, here’s our business hours” automated response. I know it’s COVID times and responses are expected to be delayed, but a whole month? It’s as if the place has closed down. As for the product itself, we love it! The only issues we’ve had is one of the rubber stoppers wasn’t assembled, but I could fix that, and the missing power cable/adaptor. It’s a micro usb power cable, but the manual isn’t detailed on the Volt/Amps for the adaptor so we’ll see what happens when I buy one.”
