“I was very impressed with the kit when it arrived. I have been using it regularly. Unfortunately last week 3 of the 6 blades of the foil cutter fell off and when inspecting what had happened , I realized that 2 more were close to falling off. The attachment used for the cutters all became unscrewed and I cannot attach them again. I must say I am very disappointed that the cutter has only lasted a few weeks.i would not recommend the set to anyone, until I am provided with a more durable foil cutter. I am prepared to send you the unusable cutter if you wish to see the problem. My rating reflects my disappointment of your lovely description of the 6 blade foil cutters.”

“The best ever! At the age of 89 I was finding it becoming difficult to open some bottles of wine ... and a glass of good wine is a necessity!This set works effortlessly and looks beautiful!”

“New automatic operating opener works great. Just remove foil with great cutter provided then place unit on top and it starts working without pushing anything. Love it.Cannot say anything about other features as I do not use them.”

“I originally purchased two of the Electric Blue 1 Automatic Wine Opener and Preserver Sets as Christmas gifts for my husband and for my son in law. The unit was shipped in time for Christmas delivery, and I did also add on the cost of having the last name for my husband and for my son in law engraved on the base, as this was an option. Unfortunately when my son in law opened his on Christmas day, the wrong initial was on the base. My husbandÃ¢??s correct initial for our last name was correct. Placing a call to Customer Service created another order and this time was corrected for my son in law. Since the operation of these units by both my husband and my son in law, my husbands stopped extracting the cork. The unit did continue to remove the air prior to the cork being placed into the bottle. Again, I placed a call to CS department, explained the situation, and a new unit was sent, which we have now received. All is fine.”

“The second one that was provided works very nicely. Unfortunately the first one didn't reject the cork. After evacuation the air from the bottle, it can be tricky to make sure that the stopper stays in the bottle.”

“We really like the fully automatic features incorporated in this wine opener. Automatically and reliably starts, stops and ejects the cork. Attractive add to our kitchen as well. Built in vacuum pump for temporarily preserving wine works great.”
