“This product does not perform. This is my 2nd one in 5 years. The seal is not secure. Once you remove the cartridge, you hear a hissing sound and the bottle is not sealed. This is my 2nd one. First one was great for about 4 years. This one, worthless. Would appreciate a replacement.”

“It worked great for about two weeks - then it stopped working properly. At future, it took several to many seconds, depending on how full the bottle was. When it a topped the vacuum process, I had to twist the pump off. I could tell it was working, because when I pushed the little pin on the cork, I could hear a slight hiss. Then suddenly, even after fully charging the unit, after about 4 seconds it beeps 3 times, then stops. The pump comes right off the cork, and pushing the pin does nothing. I've tried it on 3 or 4 wine bottles, with the same result. I will be returning this unit.”

“Super easy to use! Not even a button to press. Works great! The only negative is the date numbers are difficult to see. Otherwise, love it!”
