“Would not recommend buying from Wine Enthusiast. They delivered the box with only the stand enclosed. Customer Care called and promised to send out new one. Four days later, nothing arrived and called and talked to Customer Care again. talked to the same agent, Carmen, and she had no record of the problem nor any recollection of our conversation. Told her again about timing issue and she said she would send a new one Next Day. Got an e-mail notice that it was sent Second Day. UPS delivered it as I was leaving for airport. I will never buy from this company again.”

“Works well for aerating wine into a decanter but the funnel is too big to put wine back into the bottle if need be. Why, why, why would you make it bigger than the top of a bottle?! No bueno !”
