“The reset came with two damaged broken antlers inside and one of them is missing a cork. This is not going to be a good review. As I would like my items replaced.”

“Received the first set of lanterns, two would not light one had a broken deer antler. Called customer service. They shipped out a new set. The second set had one lantern that would not light and another one with a broken antler. I sent an email in with pictures, did not receive a response. I would like a credit for this item.”

“Have loved all of our purchases from Wine Enthusiast, but this one was a disappointment. While very festive, and makes a great decoration, the lighting design is less than sufficient. Customer Service was awesome, and did replace our purchase. Unfortunately, the second set we received was just as bad. So, we have beautiful decorations, that do not light (plus one of the deer had a broken antler).”

“Very disappointed that 2 ourt of 4 light up properly. It's like a short in them. I called but no one returned my phone call. For the price it is very sad.”

“We received the lanterns 3 weeks ago. Two did not work. We reported the damage along with photo's and never heard back from Wine Enthusiast to date. This occured once before with another shipment. No follow up on their part. Thanks”

“I buy these every year for the past 3 or 4 years. I love them. This year they weren’t made as good though. When you turn the light on it comes on but when you set it down you have to do it sooo gently or it turns off. Even when you set it down gently it dims. Also, I ordered three boxes and olive. The antler ears were often one of each of them. You guys sent another box out, which is really nice and I appreciate that. But just wanted to let you know they’re just not made as well as they used to be. But don’t stop buying them cause I’ll still get another juice sets next year.”
