“This unit was perfect size wise, however, it came with a sheet of picture (not detailed) and no words of instruction what so ever. It would be helpful to mark the screws on the bag (ex: 1, 2, 3) and to indicate where they go, and give step by step instruction in words! This should save some time assemblying the unit.”

“The in box instructions were very weak to say the least. I had to call to get the PDF faxed to me because you couldn't open it. The faxed version wasn't much better. The esembly stickers were located on the fron side and the back side making it difficult to tell which was the front. If you are a novice with a drill or screw driver, I would say get someone that knows what they are doing to essembly it. You need to know not to screw in screws all the way until all are in on each piece or the holes won't line up on your last hole.”

“The design is great, however the company that makes them must have some consistancy problems. Not all the screw holes line up forcing you to either drill additional holes for the screws or to make the entire wood piece bow a little so the crossbars will screw into all the holes. Also the intructions show you using screw "H" but never labels which screws are actually screw "H".”

“I used this rack to fill an opening in a wall. After adding a back and some side panels and finishing it with mouldings, I had a custom built in wine rack. Looks Amazing, and the quality and value are great as well.”

“Easy assembly on this sturdy product. In about 20 minutes we had the rack assembled and filled with our wines.”
