“Good quality but I ordered 2 infinity racks in natural stain and received one in natural and one in dark stain.”

“A structural piece was not cut properly and I had to wait a week for a replacement kit. Then one of the base pieces did not have the screw holes properly lined up (one of the screws would have gone into another screw). I had to get someone with a power screwdriver to get things right. Rack is fine now that is all together, but assembly had too much avoidable brain damage”

“This wine rack had many issues that made assembly difficult. Screw holes weren't the right size, pieces didn't fit together correctly, holes didn't line up and the instructions weren't the clearest. I don't think the average consumer could successfully assemble this rack without meaningful frustration. I would not recommend to others.”
