“I am totally satisfied with my wine room and the racks from Wine Enthusiast. I got great design assistance from Adam and all the parts arrived in good condition. A mix-up on the order was rectified very quickly and the exchange was nearly painless. I love my room, have gotten many compliments from friends who thought it was a custom installation.Instructions were clear and all the parts were â€œin the boxâ€� and they fit together. I bought six different units plus some â€œlumberâ€� to customize some shelves and trim work. Great product and customer service.”

“We purchased several different N'Finity units for our wine cellar. The straight ones are fairly simple to assemble although we had to pre-drill some holes to prevent the wood from splitting. The corner wine racks were the most difficult since the curve of the wood pieces do not match the curvature of the metal braces. We steamed and clamped the wood to get them aligned before screwing the pieces together. We also found slight differences in height of the different units when we put them along our wall. However, the final result looks very nice.”
