I purchased two of these bins, 2 corner units, an arch and a half height rack. The Diamond Bins were the best quality of the lot. It goes together fairly easily, although I had to trim 5 parts to fit. I used 18ga brads and glue to secure the trim. The trim isn't necessary, but helps create a 'finished' product. Larger finishing nails split the wood and smaller ones were difficult to drive. 18ga 1 1/4" driven by a pneumatic driver, worked well and are almost inconspicuous. Woodworking skills and a few tools are a definite plus for finishing this project. It is a nice bin.

I had ordered a couple of wine jails earlier and was very happy with them, so I decided to order a couple of these to go with the jails. I had a number of issues with these units, but called customer care and spoke with Mike. He was very friendly and helpful and took care of the problem to my satisfaction. I would give WE customer care five stars for exemplary service to their customers. Please note: the instructions that I received with these diamond wine bins specifically states to use the wrong screws to attach the brackets on the units. DO NOT use the screws (M) with the brackets (K) as stated in the instructions. They are way too long and are not correct. I hope that this helps someone else to void the problems that I had.

I really like these racks. Purchased to add capacity to existing wine celler. Racks exactly as described. Easy to assemble, although if the instructions were writtten by a native English speaker over 10 years old, they need to go back to school. 20 min to assemble.Did not add trim pieces so cannot comment on ease of install. Looks great without. Pieces seem to be a waste.Quality wood, good finish and stable.Highly recommended,

Assembly was simple and fast (30 minutes for 2), but I skipped the front trim. It is not shown installed in the catalogue, added nothing to appearance and did not fit well. It is great for storing odd-sized bottles--magnums and splits.

Two drawbacks: 1. Product was dumped at the head of the driveway blocking in cars ( Product is heavy ). 2. Assembly instructions were almost useless.
