Love the look and the fact that the wine is easy to identify. However, the build quality is very poor with multiple shelves not working properly. Wine Enthusiast was very responsive to the problems, but they never hsould have existed.

Product was really warped when we received it. Some shelves would not fit in their places. This is our second one that did not go together as easy as the first one we bought.

We purchased 4 of these units and only 1 unit was satisfactory. Missing parts and pieces, bent pieces, etc. When asking for replacement of missing pieces they simply sent another rack--which took months to receive with no consistent feedback from Wine Enthusiast. The replacement piece also did not have everything included. After another attempt to resolve the parts that are broken (and continue to break) they offered to send yet another rack . After telling them the correct address it was sent to another location--and my responsibility to get it to our location. This unit was basically the worst disaster--7 broken shelves + the base shelf, open bags of parts/screws, etc. It was a feat of engineering to get this one together (literally, an engineer put this one together). Since our ticket had already been closed (not by me) and I am out of patience dealing with this subpar product and poor customer service, I cannot be bother to try and resolve further.

After waiting 5 months for these items to ship, I finally got the 5 wine racks that I ordered. 4 out of the 5 racks sustained substantial damage during the shipping process and I have yet to receive a proper resolution from Wine Enthusiast on what to do. I will tell you, the reason these items are damaged is primarily due to the cheap packaging of the units. The cardboard is thin and the styrofoam included is the cheapest I have ever seen. When I unboxed the racks, the styrofoam was nothing but shards of what it was formerly and I will now spend hours trying to clean up the mess created. I am sure that Fed Ex also bears some responsibility for man handling these units but most of the issues would have been solved with proper packaging. Wonder how long I will have to wait now for either replacements or the parts and pieces necessary to fix the damage.

I just added a full review in the N'Finity 5 column rack section.I used one of these with 5 of 5 columns and 2 of the 3 columns.Large package was pretty banged up when I received it. I may have been shipped cross country twice as I had a little issue with trying to get them to hold shipping for 10 days.I had 4 shelving sections that were either split or broken. I'm sure they would have sent new shelves the replace the broken ones. But, it was Sunday and I was ready to build the unit and didn't want to wait for delivery. Some glue, nail gun and I was ready to continue.I did have to modify the height to fit my 68" high ceiling in a closet. That was a little more challenging with this rack than the 3 and 5 column racks.Rack was a pretty close match to those racks. I also used some 2x2 bracing into the ceiling joists for added stability. This unit went into a 8' x 5' x 68" wine closet. Room will end up holding over 600 bottles. As stated in other review I went with the walnut stain. I found that Old Masters Gel Stain "Rich Mahogany" was a nice match for any touch that you need to do.I was able to get 8 bottles on each shelf. This included Turley, Pinot and reg sized Champagne bottles. The pull outs were great for access. Keep in mind there are at least 3 fixed shelves so it's better to have multiple bottles of the same wine.I anchored all units into studs and or ceiling joists for stability. I'm sure it was overkill.I would have given 5 stars if not for the damage in shipping. Packing could have been better on such a heavy/large package. Most may have given 2 or 3 stars, but I did not want to penalize them because I didn't allow them to correct the problem. Their customer service was great to work with on the shipping issue. I ordered on the Labor Day sale. Free shipping plus racks were on sale. We planned on being out of the country for 10 days after and I tried to get them to delay shipping. Didn't quite work as planned.Overall very happy with the quality of the racking system. Saved a lot of money on having someone else build it. Money used to fill the racks.

Wines are displayed with labels visible making selection much easier when you have many varieties of wines. Works well with almost all 750 ml bottle shapes. Only 6 of a few larger heavier bottles fit on the 8-bottle shelves instead of 8 of the normal size bottles. We ganged 3 units together and this provides easily accessible storage for up to 384 bottles of almost all of our wines. The dark walnut stained mahogany racks have "furniture grade" wood and finish, and look very good in our wine room. The bottom and every third shelf is fixed while all other shelves roll out easily. The racks are very stable once assembled, but should be securely attached (at the top) to a wall for safety, nonetheless.
