“Wasn’t easy to assemble, but final product is nice. Arrived with two broken boards; customer service did see to getting those replaced in a timely manner. Thought it was rather on the expensive side, but am happy with the quality overall. Is sturdy with nice looking wood grain.”

“Straight-forward assembly and the finished unit is solid and looks nice. One star off for one unit having two damaged pieces on receipt. Customer Service was prompt on sending replacement parts; however, the replacement parts were not securely packaged and one was broken in receipt. They promptly sent a replacement and it was intact, but again not protection packaged.”

“The wood quality is fine but the instructions to assemble are effectively useless and the product doesn’t come with all the things you need to finish assembly. It calls to use things like “air nailed” to install the trim. What the instructions are referencing is probably glue or something similar but doesn’t come with it nor does it show anything of the sort. Additionally, there are pieces of wood in the box that aren’t even called upon in the instructions but clearly have a place in the assembly in the product. For this price point, I’d expect better.”
