“great product, BUT, two pieces came in damaged. Looks as it WAS REPACKAGED. Bent frame, missing parts. "Customer service" not interested in my observations. Home working mom? WHO PAYS NOW, and who pays later?”

“looked long and hard for a affordable solution for my wine crates. I got tired of lifting and rearranging my stack of 6 crates. These roll outs are a great solution. Now where i rearange my bottles, no more issues with regards to fear of dropping a crate.The product is easy to assemble and install. It feels a little light weight but is absolutely OK when anchored to a wall. I have a 6 high tower (3 units) - given a 6x2 configuration, i suspect that the resulting unit would be much more sturdy feeling.I am considering another 6 high tower at this point.”

“Put together quickly, looks nice. I stacked 3 for 6 roll out shelves for cases from France and the USA.”

“The shelves are a little flimsy and the size of the opening does not hold some of the standard wooden boxes I have from a couple vinyards. The product is not for a high end cellar.”

“This product was the perfect way for me to store my wine and display my boxes in a very usable fashion. I built a top for it that matches my bar and I am thrilled at the way it came together. I had a little difficulty at first assembling the units, but was able to overcome the issues and I am very satisfied with the way it came together. I purchased 4 units to hold 8 boxes. Great product for my use.”

“Like the product, I will order another one. However, it would have been nice having instructions on how to put it together in the box. The rack came without instructions”
