“I would definitely buy it again but...... Beware- the manufacturer doesn't read these comments! They apparently have ignored all the comments about the filmsy box packaging as well as the screw bag packing. I figured by now they would have addressed them- but alas my screw pkg was missing one (got a replacement at Ace Hardware). Also one of the side cleats had fallen off as it wasn't nailed on properly. When I called them, they WERE very accommodating and offered to send me a new side board and screw. When I offered to fix it myself, they provided a substantial credit immediately! I would definitely buy it again as it is generally well made and easy to assemble- probably less than 20 minutes. I could not have made it any where near as fast. Great value for the money!”

“This was straightforward to assemble, looks nice and holds a larger collection of wines that many racks. It takes up a discrete amount of space in our basement and we are very happy with it! We also like that there is flexibility to store unusual shaped bottles, as needed.”

“The racks are pretty and easy to assemble but two of the boxes were damaged in handling and the hardware was missing. Better packaging is required. The wood parts were all in good shape but the assembly screws were poorly secured in the shipping boxes and the little plastic bags that should have contained them were empty. The screws are metric and hard to find and expensive!”

“Quality was much better than I expected for the price. I wish it was a little deeper...some bottles stick out farther than I'm comfortable with. But overall, stellar value.”

“If the sides of your bottles are anything but straight Bordeaux shaped the wine is too unstable. Rounded Syrah , Burgundy, and Champagne bottles are too risky to stack. They could easily fall out.”
