“The furniture is beautiful, but there was a lot of damage to the pieces which we didn’t know until I had my handyman put it together. Multiple spots with scratches and defective areas where the paint/wood stain is not even etc.. Only 1 pic able to be uploaded.”

“AS A RACK, THIS IS A COMPLETE FAILURE REGARDING THE TOP SECTION, WITHOUT ADDITIONAL PROBLEM SOLVING BY THE BUYER. IN THE PROCESS OF REMOVING A BOTTLE FROM THE TOP RACK, IT WILL LITERALLY FALL APART. THE FRONT SLATS ARE NOT SECURE AND EASILY FALL OFF.”

“Really nice unit. I bought two. Assembly pretty simple and parts fit nicely. The outer frame I put together lying flat, then raised. The top compartment unit I assembled standing upright working interior out. However the outer slats will move around, so I used small diameter black wire to secure the ends at each level. Easy and solid as a rock when you insert the unit in the upper area. Entire unit solid, not tippy at all, and makes a terrific, attractive organizer. Will work in multiple applications or needs. Also, good value.”

“This wine rack is very nice looking... looks just like the picture. It wasn't too bad to put together... mine actually didn't come with the Instruction manual. I called and the customer service rep emailed me the manual right away so that was good because I had all the pieces out and really didn't want to have to wait for a manual to be mailed to me. Assembly wasn't too bad.. the top part of the rack was a little difficult to get started, and then difficult to pick up and put in place. What I'm very surprised about is that no one mentioned in any of the reviews I read that there is no glue involved in keeping the top grid together. It really does need glue. Otherwise when you put bottles in and out, the outermost horizontal pieces can knock loose. I took the top half of the rack out and took it apart, and put it back together using dabs of wood glue throughout. I put heavy boxes on top and let it sit for a few hours and then it was very easy to pick up and put into place. It is SO much sturdier now. I HIGHLY ADVISE you use wood glue on the top half when assembling... makes a HUGE difference in the stability of the wine rack. And now that it's sturdy, I love it!”
