“When I assembled the rack there was an issue with one of screws. I contacted the company and they resolved it by promptly sending me a complete new unit. Excellent customer service!”

“I needed a way to conveniently store multiple bottles of wine. This is one of few that come in a nice, mahogany finish. I ordered two and my 12 year old daughter and I put them together with the tools included in about 10 minutes. I am ordering another to provide more storage. I also like that I can store horizontally if needed.It was delivered in the time promised.”

“Screw hole not drilled deep enough, and because they are machine screws, you can't advance the screw. Too much of a hassle to take apart and pack up to return. My husband will eventually fix it. Wood is lower quality, a couple of dings, but it looks nice from where it is normally seen...holds a good quantity of bottles in not so large space.”
