“They were delivered directly to the recipient and arrived quickly and intact. Customer service was great: after ordering over internet I realized I had inverted 2 digits of the delivery address. A quick call to customer service corrected the problem.”

“We love the wines glasses -- they are beautiful for formal as well as informal use. We have even used them for an "in home" wine tasting. The only "con" is that we have broken a few due to the delicate nature of the glass and stem--particularly the cabernet glasses. We have ordered several things from your company particularly a beautiful wine refrig/cabinet and have been very happy with the quality [...]”

“We haven't owned Riedel before but the 8 for the price of 6 was a compelling value given the product reputation. As compared to the other nice stemware we own, these are smaller and (appear to be)more delicate. After using them for a few weeks, we love almost everything about them. The clarity of the glass is outstanding and the lighter/more refined construction makes them a real pleasure to use. The only drawback is base attachment is not as seamless as some other designs by this and other companies. It isn't a factor though, as my hand doesn't touch it when in use and not visually very noticeable. Will buy more...”

“I love the feel of these glasses, and the way they compliment the wine, but we do tend to break them fairly often. This economy pack is the way to go for replacements.”

“We keep 12-14 of these glasses at all times. Great for everyday use, good feel, versatile for all reds, nice entertaining glassware... Due to their more elegant feel on the lips the glass is thin - which is really great and far preferred than thick, cheap glasses - and thus if not somewhat careful when washing can break. With near daily use we break (or our guests break) 1-2/ year and that is a small price to pay for really nice wine glasses. This 6/8 pack is great and offers some cost savings. We did a careful web search and found them here for the least expensive price [...]”
