Awesome price for Riedel glasses. As always, online ordering is easy and the shipment prompt. I would definitely recommend these.

These are nice glasses for a nice price. This is a repeat buy for us. The claim that wine tastes better that is drunk from them is easy to prove and over the years we have converted more than a few skeptics. On the negative side, they are fragile and require great care when washing..

My wife has joked with me over the years that I'm not gentle enough with our wine glasses, mostly Riedel, so she usually cleans them as we only wash them by hand. The data is certainly on her side. In any event, we wanted to buy a new set so we'd have 8 of the exact same red wine glasses for guests. I'd read the reviews and several mentioned the glasses broke easily and aren't sturdy enough for the dishwasher. I ignored those reviews because, with 20+ years of experience with ‘higher end, hand wash only' wine glasses, I figured those were neophyte issues. Well, on the very first wash, by my wife no less and even after she commented “these seem very thin, I'm going to need to be more careful than usual with these, one glass broke. Compared to the 10 other different wine glasses (34 in total) we currently have and have acquired over the last 20+ years, most of them Riedel, these are definitely the most flimsy and fragile. We cannot and will not recommend them.
