“I bought these as a gift for my wife, who was delighted by their design and surprisingly light weight. They're taller than any wine glasses we've owned, and look like they'd be easy to tip over, which hasn't been the case after 6 months of weekly use.One broke and I held off on calling in for a replacement, not having the time or energy to spend on a warranty claim process. I should have called right away - it took under a minute, and the service was EXCELLENT.”

“Two of eight glasses arrived with broken stems but were promptly replaced by Wine Enthusiast. One wine glass shattered in my hand while I was washing it; so much for "the world's most break resistant wine glass".”

“Amazingly, while the glasses arrived in perfect condition, the box looked like it had been beaten to a pulp. UPS apparently doesn't know what "FRAGILE! CONTAINS GLASS!" means. But these glasses arrived A-OK.”

“We have several of the wine glasses in this Fusion Classic set. All of them get use but this specific one for Cabernet/Merlot/Bordeaux Wines broke at double the rate of the others.”

“We have wine with our dinner every evening and wine is always served at our dinner parties. Many wineglasses of ours have broken due to delicateness of the glass and guests not always being aware of "where" their wineglass ends up. Many have broken due to just plain washing. These glasses are very attractive, large enough size for a cabernet and look great on a dinner table. They are not as "fine" of a glass as many of my wineglasses but that is the reason why I bought them. I was tired of replacing wineglasses that cost just too much $$ to keep replacing. These are perfect for what we were looking for!”
