“First time we get decent glasses for red wine ... I'll tell you ... it makes a difference. A good wine tastes even better. This glasses are light and strong enough. I don't give it 5 stars just because I don't consider myself to know enough about wine glasses.One more thing. From the original 6+2, 2 came broken, sent and email to customer service twice and my email was ignored. I had to call, but then the replacements were sent immediately. I'm ok with calling but they should remove the customer service email if no one checks that inbox.”

“This is the most versatile, attractive, economic and durable glass out there - gorgeous shape, dishwasher safe, keeps its sparkle and rarely breaks. Every few years I buy more - nothing close ever comes on the market! I would be remiss if I didn't add the service support from WE - One of 8 was broken on delivery...they instantly sent a replacement. Happened with a decanter once; same friendly, prompt response. Outstanding glasses and customer support.”
