“While I love the products, and the initial delivery was fine, 1 "nearly unbreakable" glass arrived broken, and it took several emails and phone calls to even get someone to respond, and eventually ship a replacement. Delayed my ability to give the gift. Very disappointing service.”

“Had a hard time finding glasses that wouldn't break easily but still looked nice. These are nice and heavy and look the part of a sophisticated wine glass.”

“The glasses are promoted as break resistant, however I question that approach. Not having done a drop test to compare Crystal vs. Fusion I can't really say how much more durable Fusion is as compared to Crystal, but I have had breakage which I really wouldn't have expected based on they way they were handled. I have ordered the glasses twice because I like the look and feel of the glasses. However I have had broken glasses in both shipments and in both cases they appeared to have been packed properly to not have been received broken. I will have to say in both cases they were replaced promptly without question. I also have had a couple come out of the dishwasher with cracks in them and not really sure what would have caused that to happen.Needless to say as I mentioned in the beginning, I like the glasses and have been pleased with the look and feel of the glasses. Because of that I would buy them again.”

“Living on a boat requires durable yet presentable items. We haven't had these long enough to know if they are truly as durable as advertised but in every other respect, the glasses are more than I expected in terms of aesthetics. I would use them for any occasion formal or informal.”
