“I have 3 types Chardonnay, Pinor noir, and Cabernet glasses. They are very durable and reasonable. I have only had 2 Chardonnay glasses replace. I own 24 glasses of the 3 types and use them all the time.Peace of mind for 10 years”

“I would have rated 5 stars but we were unhappy with the Wine Enthusiast return and exchange process. We love the glasses as we bought the buy 4, get 2. However 2 stems were broken in the shipping and there isn't an easy way to get replacements or returns down through wine enthusiast. This was disappointing as I thought these were unbreakable and if they do break, we had a guarantee to replace them. was hoping I could call and get an exchange done, but the process is all on paper and you have to send it back in the original container. This seemed odd because if one breaks a year from now, how would the guarantee work? Anyhow, since the two were free I didn't bother to get a replacement and I am hoping our others do not break later in the future.”

“Had a set ~ 10 years ago and one broke. Wanted to have enough wine glasses to entertain so purchased this set. Get many compliments on them. Have a few brand name wine glasses, but theses are our go to wine glasses.”

“These are nice glasses, however one already broke at the base. Not too happy about that, but true to their word, WE did replace it free of charge.”
