“This is the 4th decanter of this size I have purchased from WE.Three of these were gifts and this combination set was a present to my son for his new butler's pantry. We put it to good use on Thanksgiving with many bottles of wine.”

“Got the decanter and it was shattered in a million pieces. I called customer service and they were fantastic. They sent out a new one over night. This decanter is perfect wine pours out so nice and it is easy to clean. I highly suggest you get this decanter.”

“This decanter & funnel set was purchased as a gift. When it was received, I did not open all the packages. I had the set for a couple of months before giving it as a gift. Once opened, it was found that the decanter had a chip at the top. I was afraid I would be out of luck since I had purchased it two months ago. When I called, I was happily surprised that they honored their product and sent a replacement. The new one arrived in perfect condition. I can't say enough about this excellent customer service.The only reason why I can't give this set 5 stars is because of the glass stopper listed as "recommended add-ons". I purchased all the add-ons when I bought the decanter. Everything in this set is great, except the glass stopper. It doesn't fit this decanter! Unfortunately, there's not enough information on this website to have known that. I'm disappointed that we don't have a stopper for this decanter. However, due to the excellent customer service at Wine Enthusiast, after explaining this issue to the rep I was credited the amount of the stopper.EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!”

“The decanter seems well designed and well made. The funnel set is nice- however regarding the funnel's screen insert, on mine the crimpted edge of the screen protrudes beyond the inside rim of the insert. It is sharp and pokes fingers/catches on things when cleaning. That part could be improved.Satisfied overall.”
