“The problem is not with the decanter, it's with the fact that returning it is such an issue. I have e-mailed and called, and been promised call backs. I think it may be so difficult so that people will give up, or that the required return period will dissipate. I would appreciate a return slip, or communication.”

“Finally putting my decanter on display & cleaned it first. Had it on a drying mat & turned around to hear a thunderous clash. Thought I would see glass everywhere but amazingly it bounced on our rug and then lux vinyl plank floor without a nick or crack love this”
