“This was a birthday gift so there was some delay in the presentation with the prompt delivery. We are very happy with the results as this tower actually produces a real decanting function. My only negative reaction was the poor quality and finish of the “tower” itself. Frankly, I would have suggested a $50 higher price for a quality piece of finished stand that would make this product a show piece rather than simply a novelty item.”

“Honestly, I cannot figure out why there are any positive reviews for this flimsy, glued together, poorly stained, cheaply constructed and wildly over-priced toy. There is no actual craftsmanship at all, it is just some cut wood that they stuck together with glue. If feels flimsy. It IS flimsy! It has none of the quality feel of heft that I expected. I’m kind of afraid to use it, fearing it will just snap apart. I’m embarrassed to have also sent one to a friend as a gift (my friend has the same opinion exactly). I only gave this piece of junk a second star because it is attractive to look at.. just don’t look too close!”

“It is very pretty but it’s very fragile it’s not secure at all I expected better quality. This is my sixth purchase with wine enthusiast and while the products are very nice and appearance the customer service is atrocious”

“Love this quality piece! It’s wonderfully fun for everyone and opens up a denser wine more quickly. The wood is rich in color and feels sturdy. I appreciate the metal base that can be removed and washed. The delicate glass was packaged well and carefully so no issues with shipping. Tiny suggestion would be to clip in the smaller spiral piece. I’m always worried it’s going to tumble out. It hasn’t, so clearly the makers are better at their physics than I am.”

“Very beautiful and functional but got disappointed with the wood base, one of the supports it’s not straight on horizontal and I have the felling that the glass will fall every time I use. But never happened. Despite that it’s amazing.”
