“This does not work. The wine from the bottle goes into the decanter ok. When we turn it over it leaks everywhere! We thought we did it wrong so tried again! We again lost two of our very good bottles of wine. What a waste of money. How do I get a refund”

“This is the second Recanter I have purchased. The first one worked wonderfully for at least five years before it started to leak on occassion. This new one, Ihave used four times, and it has leaked quite badly on two of those occassions. I do not know what the issue is, maybe a different supplier, but the new unit is not up to the quality of the original one I had purchased.”

“The first one I received leaked when I tried to decant back into the bottle. The stopper was too loose. Customer service was great and they sent me a replacement, although unfortunately while it didn't leak, The seal was so tight that the wine wouldn't transfer from the bottle to the decanter or vice versa. So I had to return it . I do have a friend that has one that works great and loves it. But I had 2 that did not work properly.”

“This is a great idea, but it is messy. The seal between the top and the decanter bottle is not good and it leaks all over the place! It also spits at you when you try to remove it! I wish they would fix this flaw. We tried two, and both did this. Finally asked for a refund.”
