“The ball at the top is not large enough to effectively keep up with the pouring of wine from the bottle. Constantly have to start and stop the pour. The cleaning beads they sell as an add on at checkout are inappropriate for use on this product and get stuck in the aeration portion. I am now left with an un-usable decanter. Total bummer”

“Prepare to have to remove styrofoam pieces that get lodged into the glass coils upon packaging! The key is to either melt the styrofoam with acetone, or have really strong lungs and blow it out!”
