“My Astor Whiskey Decanter with the personalized inscription was a big hit as a gift. There was a small issue that was taken care of very quickly by the customer services. Very pleased with the results.”

“It really is a nice set, but beware before ordering to make sure your monogram will look good on this decanter. The sample pictured shows the "W" which is the widest letter of the alphabet and looks lovely on this decanter. HOWEVER, there is no "preview" to see how your engraving will look when ordering, and I'm extremely disappointed with how insubstantial and wimpy my "C" monogram looks on this decanter. Unfortunately, this cannot be returned as it is a personalized item. If I could, I would return it. This is a 60th birthday gift, and I really hate to even gift it. My only hope is they aren't as picky as I am. (The letter DOES look good on the bottom of the glasses.) Customer service was understanding and pleasant to deal with, even though I could not return it.”
