“I was disappointed that the style of Wine Enthusiasts break resistant wine glasses had changed since my last purchase. The new glasses do not match the old. I also found it impossible to contact anyone at WE who could give me a lead on any new old stock that might be around.”

“I purchased these for my wife as a gift ahead of time. I received the box and waited for the occasion, about 30 days later. 2 of the 8 were broken, and upon looking into the return policy, found that my window was 10 days. So, the lesson is: be sure to inspect all shipments as you receive them, particularly with these as they are quite delicate and not as break-resistant as indicated by the name.”

“These glasses truly enhance my enjoyment of Cabernet Sauvignon and sparkling wines. I purchased six glasses. The glasses were packed very well and the shipment arrived in a timely way. After washing, I dried them with the towels I purchased from Wine Enthusiast. The glasses dried with nice clarity. I received excellent customer service. One glass had a defect. I reported it, provided pictures and Wine Enthusiast replaced the glass. I normally wash my glasses by hand but I put them in the dishwasher twice and they came out very well. I have recommended these glasses to friends.”
