“I bought eight - have now broken four. These are not even remotely unbreakable, or moderately unbreakable.. or anything to do with unbreakable - Yes, I know I can pay money to get them replaced but they'll just break too..”

“I really like these wine glasses, but they are not in breakable as advertised- I have purchased about 8 of them over time and 4 have broken- 2 in the dishwasher and 1 just hand washing. I wish they were less expensive.”

“Purchased 6 white glasses and 6 Red. When the large box arrived it only included the 6 white, even though the invoice stated the 6 & 6 from the order. Finally was able to speak with a representative who could help and he noticed the weight of my package couldn’t have held the total 12 as detailed in the invoice. This took some time, but he was very helpful when it became clear I wasn’t scamming Wine Enthusiast. He then overnighted 6 more glasses, but sent 6 additional “white” glasses instead of 6 red. So now, I have 12 of the same type and not the 6 & 6 I ordered or is detailed in the invoice. This should have been an easy order and I feel that I have already spent way too much time dealing with this. I would welcome hearing from WE if they care to rectify the situation, but I guess I’m done dealing with this.”
