“The wine tote was perfect, my wife loved it. Your customer service is above par. When i received my order it was incorrect. The personalized tag had the wrong initials. I called your customer service and explained my sitaution and was told that it would be handled within 24 hours. When I got home the next day there was a Fedex delivery containing another wine tote with the correct monogram. I am 71 years old and order alot on-line. Never have I experienced the quality of customer service such as yours. You guys could teach alot of other companies the way to do it. Again, many thanks.”
