“I have nothing but kudos to my Wine Storage Consultant, Michael Dreyfus. I would give him ten stars instead of only the five I was allotted. I was 90% sure I wanted this EuroCave Pure S wine cabinet after all my research. I talked to two different Wine Enthusiast sales specialists before I was lucky enough to get Michael. No one followed up with me after my initial contact except for him. As a beginner, I was very appreciative that Michael took the time to answer all my questions. He was very patient and accommodating. Because of his guidance, I made the purchase and am extremely delighted in this wine cabinet. It certainly lives up to its prestigious reputation of quality and workmanship. It holds all my different size wine bottles easily, it is extremely quiet, and it holds a nice constant temp. My wine bottles are living the good life! A very worthwhile investment. The white glove delivery was superb. Would highly recommend Wine Enthusiast, EuroCave, and Michael!”
