“This is my second wine chiller from Wine Enthusiast. The first one died after 6 years. As my wine cellar was ducted for this model, I had to go back with the same model. Wine Enthusiast usually is great to work with, but this time, they really dropped the ball. Since I had a custom order, I knew not to expect the unit immediately, but I was informed when to expect shipping information (4 weeks). In Week 5, I called to find out that they had not actually placed the order with the supplier, so I experienced another several-week delay. Regarding the chiller itself, over the last six years, the unit has kept my cellar at 55 degrees with no issues (until it started to malfunction).”
