“Quality, Functionality, Durability & Style is 5-Star rating with this product. Wine bottle fits perfectly and displays with elegance and style. I gave a 4-Star rating overall due to installation. Install was very easy, however there is an anchor screw that needs to be installed, the anchor to the screw fell behind the drywall twice while trying to secure it into the wall, thus needing to re-purchase anchors. The anchor screw supplied is not a good quality, we were able to pull the bolt out without unscrewing it. The plastic cap covers were also a little flimsy. We had to use a mallet to secure them in place so they would be flush to the wine rack. Overall still a great purchase.”

“Found one bottle of red with an extra large heel which JUST fit into the rack. Otherwise, everything fits securely; including whites.Installation is not a problem. I recommend you be very careful marking the hole locations ensuring they are perfectly horizontal (and vertical if installing multiple racks side-by-side). I drilled 1/4" holes for the supplied drywall plugs to ensure they screwed in perfectly horizontal.”

“my only complaint is that the bottles do not lay level in the rack and that was a concern of my client.. There is nothing I could find in the instructions or info provided that I could show that backed me up when I told the client that the bottles were supposed to be out of level so that the corks would stay moist,”

“They were easy to install and look beautiful on our walls. Our customers love the look it has added to our wine shop. The only issue is that you will need to buy better wall attachments to ensure the units are secure.”
