“Customer Service is lacking. When I ordered the glasses, a message popped up saying I had qualified for a free gift. However, nothing came up to indicate what it might be or to give me an option to select something. When I received the order confirmation it said that I had ordered 4 Riedel tequila glasses and 1 qty of 4 and 2 qty of 2 would be shipped. I thought that maybe the free gift might be more of the glasses. When the order was received there were 2 sets of 2 and no free gift. I called Wine Enthusiast and was very abruptly told that that was not the case and they saw no indication that a free gift would be sent. I probably will not order from Wine Enthusiast again, even though I am enjoying the product very much. My conclusion is that the ordering process is somewhat misleading.”

“Bought these as a gift for a friend who loves good tequila. Tried them out with him and they did the job. Nice looking, good quality but I'm not sure they made that big of a difference in tasting. It does fit nicely around nose while sipping so the bouqet is more prevelant.”
