“This wine refrigerator is just what I wanted and works and looks great except for one thing. One of the metal shelves was deformed from the start and doesn’t pull out properly and when I called customer service about this, they said they didn’t have a replacement available and didn’t know when they could get one. It has been over a month since that communication and I have heard nothing.”

“Love our new cooler. Perfect size to fit in our new custom built home and adds a nice, modern look to our kitchen area. When buying, concerned about noise as placement of cooler next to dining area. We received and energized our unit, filled it with our favorite white and red wines. It took about an hour of running to cool off, then only comes on fit a minute or so every 15-20 minutes to maintain temperature. Very little noise when running and far better than a compressor unit!!!! This guy is extremely quiet and does a great job of cooling. We love the dual temperature zones and narrow design that fits our space perfectly! We bought the 5 year extended warranty so all set!!! Thanks for an economical solution to cooling our wine with low noise and using limited space!”
