“This was supposed to be my second belt from this brand following the good experience with the hybrid Heavy Duty belt. Ordered medium like before and while I would love to find out that I have less than a Size 32 waist, that is most definitely not the case - but the belt hit the lower adjustment limit and was still loose.
Let's see how well customer service resolves this one.”
