“I ATTEMPTED to purchase this belt. But what I received was 2 IPhone 12 protective cases. I don't own an IPhone 12, nor did I order these by accident. When I notified Wolf, the said their records showed I received it....as if I would lie about not getting it and getting IPhone cases instead. Another email was sent showing all packing materials and the contents I my delivery. Since then, silence from the company. Then you want a review???? Here it is!!!”
“I'm glad I decided to give this size a try instead of giving up on this company. FYI I seriously suggest you order your normal belt size if you carry OWB like I do. I tried their suggested add a couple of inches but that was way too big.”
“Ordered from wolf tactical website and the first order I received was an iPhone screen protector. Luckily i had purchased the insurance. They replaced it unofficially but didn't add the insurance to that. 2nd order over a week late and tracking said delayed for a week then said can't provide delivery date. Several outreaches to customer service just kept telling me to wait. Then I tell them this is actually a replacement for the failed 1st attempt they send me a form for an official replacement. 2 failed attempts already not willing to give a third chance. The only reason for 2 star is aside from telling me to wait customer service is fast to respond. They use Amazon logistics for delivery. My initial failed attempt i reached out to Amazon and they weren't helpful and couldn't provide contact to Amazon logistics department. All other outreaches were through wolf tactical CS.”
“This is my third Wolf HD EDC belt. It’s been the basis of my EDC system for the last 3 years. Not much else to say. It has a function to perform and it does it extremely well. Several my colleagues utilize this exact belt for their EDC. One of them actually carries 2 Glock 19’’s with all the associated accessories on this very belt. I couldn’t recommend this belt higher.”
