I'm wearing it right now , and loaded down with all my gear
It's 2 Ply THICK NYLON with extensive stitching everwhere and when you hold it out straight by itself , it stands STRAIGHT OUT , no bending or sagging , and putting it on is so easy , nothing like my "Cobra" buckled belts .
I put them all in the back of my drawer .
And its comfortable , I don't even know i have it on , and so easy to adjust like sitting at the dinner table .
