“I ordered XL gloves because I'm a big guy and I can't even get these things over my knuckles. Way too small. So I contacted them to return and they have this complicated drawn out process to return for a refund. But they said I could keep the gloves and they would refund 17% I think they have the complicated return process so people will pick the latter, the path of least resistance. I know it doesn't sound like a lot but I'm disabled and have a hard time just going to the post office so for me it's a big deal”
“Know your needs. I believe these gloves are great for those needing the extra thick gloves. I would like a thinner type of glove for my needs. But these re well made and very flexible.”
