“Good so far, especially for the price. I packed it with israeli bandages and tourniquets, one roll of gauze and some 4x4’s. You can slip trauma shears in the Molle front and hold in place with the bungee. It still has room for a small radio, pistol or cell phone. The Velcro front holds any patch you like (I got a first aid cross). Front zipper holds a small knife, cards, docs. The carabiner can latch either side so you can change what shoulder you want to sling it on, and you can easily wear a backpack when it’s slung in front.”
