“The product seems solid and of good quality. My issue is with shipping and communication. My product was damaged in shipping. Yes, they replaced the product, but I was never informed of any delay or damage until I reached out to them. My replacement took over a week to be shipped and another several days to arrive. I understand things happen and I appreciate the replacement. I do not appreciate all the delays and a lack of discount for having to wait an extra week and a half. Customer service was not very helpful. You have to email them and I got very short responses. I was reimbursed 5 of the 7 bucks I had to pay for shipping insurance. I could t even get expedited shipping to accommodate the delays.”
