The vest is very durable. I’ve used it 3 times since I received for CrossFit workouts. It is very comfortable. Most workout vest use 20lbs worth of weight. I selected the 14.5lbs plates. So total weight between vest and two plates is 32.2lbs. It will leave your arms and legs wore out after a good workout.”
