I've compared to my buddies and they are the same. Fit is perfect. I'm 5'10", 215 and the vest fit perfect out of the box. The curved plate on the back takes getting used to. I am pretty bulky on the back and actually think a flat plate would have worked fine but the curved plate on the front is perfect. It's been a great addition to my workouts even just taking leisurely walks.”
